Book introduction

Please provide me with a brief introduction of your book: a synopsis, a tone & mood, who’s your reader, visual aesthetics, etc

Moodboard

After I read your manuscript or some paragraphs you feel comfortable sharing, I collect the visual references into one moodboard that we share and discuss in detail, so we could be sure we’re on the same page of how we feel and perceive the story.

Sketching the ideas + Color Scheme

I prepare 2-3 design concepts with different directions, so you could choose which one aligns with your vision the best. Then I try several colour schemes, so we can lock the colours (3 free revisions are available).

Finalising a chosen design concept + revisions

I explore the chosen concept further and prepare a more polished sketch so we can make revisions if needed (3 free revisions are available).

Polishing up + File Preparation

I do the final render and prepare the cover for printing (print-ready CMYK for KDP, Ingramspark, hardcover, paperback) and web-ready RGB for e-book download.

My name is a tongue twister, Yelyzaveta Anysymova (or Yely, or Lisa). I’m an Author/Illustrator from Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. I believe in visual storytelling, new points of view, and Art made by Human! I draw inspiration in Legends and Myths, Modern Fairytales, Vintage Postcards, Cozy Mysteries, and Magic born from Nature and Real Life.
