Hi! My name is a tongue twister, Yelyzaveta Anysymova. I’m Ukrainian illustrator, and I truly love my work. I like being creative and explore new mediums and techniques, as well as learning new skills just for fun. Through years working as a freelance illustrator, I developed quite unique style that appeals to different audiences alike, especially kids.
I have experienced working on
- children’s book illustration,
- packaging design and cover art,
- stickers sets, events posters, postcards, playing cards
Once I owned an online store (@sleepy_bear.store) where I developed a visual style of the brand, created 4 collections of prints for the enamel mugs, was both a manager and a content creator. Currently I’m especially interested in working on the board game design and puzzles:3
A little more about the children’s book illustration:
I work both with a self-published writers and publishing houses. My favourite themes to illustrate are magic and mysteries. I also like to illustrate adventure stories, fairy tales and folklore of different nations. Because I’m fascinated by the diversity this world has to offer:)
The themes of trauma, individuality and inclusiveness are very important to me, too. I think that children’s literature matured a lot and I like this tendency, because it’s important to speak with kids about different not only unicorny-rainbowy themes, too
